Hello All,
I have been a member for some years now but my health has not been so good - I enjoy trying new software and playing some of the games available here - I just want to know if it is worth my while upgrading to windows seven - I used to run vista but it shitted me off so much I went back to XP but this won't work well with my laptop - Please give me your comments - I will try to answer them all

Sorry to hear about your health, wish you all the best..
You say upgrading, and by that you want an upgrade to Windows 7 from XP...First backup all your data on another HDD. Second, do a CLEAN install of Windows 7 - Boot from Windows 7 DVD, install and your done. Good luck.

I personally like XP better than Windows 7. My husband updated our software and now he kinda wishes he didn't.. HIS software I should say. Still running XP on my desktop but Vista on the laptop. Really its all about personal preference. At the worst upgrading is nothing that can't be undone~
