I just installed Ubuntu 10.04 a few days ago, and I'm looking for useful programs to install. What programs can't you live without, that you recommend I install? Any type of programs would be appreciated, security/hacking, photo editing, etc.
Links would be appreciated as well.

By the way, you can search them in synpathic too. it offers you the latest versions to install from trusted ubuntu repositories.
