can any one unpack this it is packed with PC GUARD 5.0

One must overcome the Nag to go to the OEP.
So I need the data (Serial, etc).

Hi, I am trying to learn to unpack PC-Guard slowly,
my target is VB, I have dumped the target, but not sure if I am doing it right,
the fact the dumped .exe not working. I have screenshot of this dumped on PE Explorer,

What does the stripped line mean?
