what it does:
1. at start up Hashing:(729D05119A468F5B691729448B4A76555F7803811494D2C8FAE274F2D0518DF9)
2. Get ur Key and encrypt it with Base64
3. Hash the key with MD5

I think it's pretty much figured out but no one has the energy to run it through the reversed encryption routine.
