I desperately need to know how to make passport size photo on photoshop cs2 or 3. How to make? what size of photo and frame do I need? there are 3r and 4r what is that? I already have pp photo, wanna scan and print with 4r or 3r size, what the resolution do i need to scan the pic?
if I forget ask anything plz suggest me and gave me a tutorial for this?
