It's the WGA Patch that went off for me using NIS2007. You shouldn't need it to activate anyway. Not sure if this crack makes Vista "Genuine". I use oem certificates, which will always be genuine. The certs are much better, but they are hard to get. I think orbit30 30 in one oem vista disk has them. I can't remember where I got mine.
