2 new icons please !

hi a freind of mine needs 2 icons his freind made him these but to be onist they aint that good.

he wants them same just in a more vista shiny sorta way .

the red 1 gloss shiny effect with New on it

the black 1 just black glossy shiny. with no pattern on it

also can u do flash 1`s i dont no anything about graphics but can u make the red 1 flash the word new.
