| i too prefer the old one but understand need for change, im sure you guys will get it all fixed up soon enough, hopefully till then we can still use the old one? grats on the new site and good luck straightening it out, i know migrating all the database info can be a nightmare. |

Change for what ?
Maybe for a change some skins for the site would be great, but the new interface is UGLY ! text mode like. |

no offence, but you're in no way going to attract new members with a site like that. Not only is it confusing and ugly, but looks too much like one of those fake phishing sites.
I know it's against your ethos but maybe its time to start advertising/asking for donations if you can't afford the server. Because to be honest thats the only reason I can see for the downgrade.
However I must note I only say this because the current forum here is perfect and works incredibly well. |

| I believe asta is slow because it is now hosting two websites instead of one, so when this asta gets locked the the other will gain all the lost speed. |

I tried the new site but MY EYES!!!
Had to come back to this site or I would have been blinded for the rest of my life.
As others have noted, I hope we can continue to use this site - and this layout of the site - until some of the AstaGFX Team can do something about the new site. |
