i think part 4 is missing am i right? i mean cd 4 coz FF9 has an 4 parts

Yes this game has four parts and this upload sais three discs, but disc four is easy enough to find alone. Just state what region it's from.

Un compressed the size fills two cd's. I believe you have to start at disc one but maybe each disc is a different point of view.
