Worked for me (I already had .net 3.5 installed.) Got a weird update database corrupted error but I re-updated and its fine now.

Dear friend I had this problem too, I closed Kaspersky Anti-Virus manually before pressing Yes button and then problem solved. Now it works 100%OK. I really prefer it.
