need help please

[pfrh]

i can't do a system recovery... says their is no check points but their turned on. i cant update windows or search for newantivirus, comp. goes to diff site then the one i typed in or goes to google or says explorer not working..cant access my c drive or dvd burner, not sure what to do next here is a hyjack file
