Thank you for the downloading link.

I tried to replace it in C:\Program Files\SourceGuardian\SourceGuardian7forPHP but it did not work. Instead of replacing, I got a shortcut to sg7 in the folder.

It seems your sg7.exe can not locate component and I got this message when I click on it, "This application has failed to start because DelZip 179dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

just tested it on another pc and it works fine here.

just rename ur original sg7.exe to sg7_orig.exe or something

and dump my exe into
C:\Program Files\SourceGuardian\SourceGuardian7forPH

then run sg7.exe

the error you posted , happens when my exe is run outside the intended folder.

After installing sg7.exe to the program directory , it starts fine . But when I try to encode a file it asks for a "License File" and gives message like below ..

Hi,

How Dysfunction said I had a deeper look in the code.

I found the name of activated file "encode.lic".
After few tests I came to the conclusion that the file "encode.lic" must contain more than 8 signs 00h. If you want to create this file you should use some Hex editor for example WinHex.

Now to activate the programm - push the button "Browse" and open the file "encode.lic" - it's enough.The programm will be working but only in TRIAL mode.

Now if you want to make the final patch you should check the correctness of the programm.

This order is very important to make working version program.


1. Put the file "encode.lic" in the same directory where "SourceGuardian v7.0" is.
2. Run the program.
3. In the window "SourceGuardian License" push the button "Browse" and open the file "encode.lic"
4. Close the program.
5. Apply Patch.
