all of you plz help me i have tried lots of time but the data of tally 9.213 not open after installing tally9.214 in both tally 9.213 & 9.214
what can i do its an inportant data for me plz help |

Dear sweetsaloni,
please try this, though i already suggested this in my earlier post.
copy the data folder and paste in another drive. now uninstall the application. go to the drive where u have installed the tally, there would be one tally folder left even after uninstall. Just delete the whole folder.
And now install the tally 9.2.14 and place the patch file in application directry. After successfull install, now move the data folder to the application directry from where u have earlier copied it.

Be More Clear. Can you see the company name in select option in tally. |

yes the company are shwon but when i open the company the error message shwon is exiting TALLY!
Incorrect Version.
Data of INCORRECT ver (9).
can only run version 8!
i m in a big problem please help me
bcoz that company i m create in 9.2.12 ver of Tally and proper working & upgrade in Tally 9.2.13 but when i m install Tally 9.2.14 every time i seen that error message please anybody help me to recover the tally data.

Just Download the Release 3.0 beta version from tally website and try open in that release if it opens succusfully it means that you have mistakenly upgraded to release 3.0. |

ya in tally 9.3 all companys are open properly thanks rallesh for your valuable support,
but again i have problem bcoz i dont have crack for tally9.3 than what can i do please tell me

| @ sweetsaloni, if ur data folder is thr, in tact ..i guess thrs nuthing to worry ur data wont go anywhr unless and until u migrate or del the data ... make sure always COPY and PASTE the DATA FOLDER as a BACKUP before upgarding to newer updates of Tally !! |

Nothing you can do much just wait for the full release of Release 3.0. You have mistakenly upgraded your data to release 3.0. Or there is a another method which is advance one just export all the masters and vouchers from release 3.0 an import to release 2.14 it may or may not work. Your luck. |

9.2.14 installer contains stat 75
Latest is stat 76
