This is Service Software for Allison Transmissions on Medium Duty and Heavy Duty trucks. The reg key should also work on newer versions just enter the number "3" when it asks for the registration key. If it asks for a serial number enter "40000".
NOTE: when it asks select "run training videos from CD"

is it supports all brands of trucks??

so far tested on gmc/international/mci/vanhool. I think as long as its an electronicaly controlled allison trans this should work

Here is version 7.1 if some-one wants to try and see if
the crack works or if v 7 will update from v5.2

It is a nero image also- have to burn to cd

Tested and working with version 7.0 and updated to 7.4 with no problems. woohoo my first crack ever.
One more unlockable option.:
Run 'Regedit"
search for "upgrademessage"
copy first 5 digits of that key
Run allison doc (must be version 7.0 or above)
click on "software configuration"
click on "reprograming"
Password = "1"
Serial = (5 digit key in registry)

Just download 7.1 and you can upgrade to 7.4 from the program.

Use 40000 as the serial number it should work. version 5.2 does not have "upgrademessage" key in registry. You should install 7.1 instead of 5.2.

most use the standard 6 or 9 pin deutsch connectors. Some use the old GM ALDL plug

ok, I ordered one from noregon but the end that plugs into computer resembles serial port but has more pins. What cable set are you using?

for the computer end there are 4 options. serial, usb, parallel, and wireless. I have and use all 4 (dont ask). USB option is the best way to go.
