Since I don't use Kaspersky, I have not tested this but have read reviews stating it works. Not my upload. Credit goes to stupid.moron from board4all. According to the reviews there:
1) This will NOT work with Vista.
2) It will work with KIS 7 and KAV 7 ("reviewer Hallie (same site) says: "for KIS 7 that's why it creates the 2 PPL files on the KIS7 folder not on KIS2009")
3) It is CLEAN according to Trend Micro. Though Kaspersky, Ikarus, GData, VBA32 all say Virus.Trojan.Win32.Agent.rzw and NOD32 says error - password-protected file and Prevx1 just says Suspicious. This patch makes all the blocked kaspersky licenses to working ,
from blacklist to whitelist,and it also protects them from blacklisting, the "black.lst" file that is updated from kaspersky update will not be a problem anymore.
How to install.
1. Before applying the patch go to kaspersky-Settings-Service
and dissable Self-Defence option
2. Delete Any current key you install in kaspersky
3. Exit kaspersky by right click in the taskbar menu.
4. copy patch in to kapsersky lab folder C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab
5. Press Clean Button
6. Then click to Patch Kaspersky Internet security or Kaspersky Antivirus
(depends on what is the version you installed in your computer KIS or KAV)
7. Then exit the patch and Open kaspersky,enable self-defense option and apply a new key.
8. It's doesn't Matter that key is blacklist or white list.........Enjoy !!

| it works for me on my kis7. I am using this patch for last one month. I am downloading live update and no blacklist problem for last one month. Follow the instruction within the text file. |

I found a version of this patch somewhere about 1 month or more ago, and i haven't had any problems with it.
This version could be different, but the instructions and warnings are exactly the same as what I have previously read.

Self Defense is disabled so that the patch can delete the original versions of lic.ppl, and lia.ppl.
The patch also creates a folder on ur C:/ directory, except the self defense part only relates to the first 2 mentioned files.

| after applying this patch, its 100% working but when i scanned my computer with kaspersky it says it has trojan. Kaspersky wants to delete that file. |
