Took about twenty tries before I could even read that it was an installer window. Even then I am not 100% sure.
I just figured if I knew your fix, then I could try it and see what happens. I am going to try on another computer. Will let you know. |
It's possible that you may have a software conflict with illustrator cs4 somewhere in your drive. Try this, run MSconfig and turn off ALL unnecessary services and startup programs before trying to install again. And see how it works for you but if it doesn't, then I suggust try Klean's solution...go here:

The .7z is just a 7-Zip file to extract. The .exe file just extracts it, so if you would rather use WinRAR or 7-Zip to extract, then you don't actually need the .exe file. |
