Is this a whole program or does it have to install every time it starts up
I say that because I downloaded the flash cs4 and it does not show up on my hard drive it just installs every time I use it.
I'm confused about the portable

No, just install one time, create a shortcut of the .exe file, place in on your desktop and you're good to go!!

Now I just need Flash cs4 and Illustrator cs4
I have never worked in Dreamweaver but will be taking that class soon |

Downloaded it just to see what the interface of CS4 was like. 
Works fine opening, seems to work in-program. Missing the 3D aspects but expected as this is not said to be the Extended version. Screenies of working confirmation coming soon.

Good luck on your dreamweaver class !! I use dreamweaver and I learnt it from scratch. It is well easy to use !
