Autodata's core business is the research, compilation and creation of technical info for use in independent automotive workshops for the repair and service of cars, motorcycles and commercial vehicles. Sorry I am not sure - I copied the text from the site I got it from and it didn't say anything about a crack that was needed.

Masami is right it needs a usb dongle to make it work so this is totally useless.
