iGO Amigo v8.4.2.81333 (Mar 12 2009)
Requirements: Microsoft Windows Mobile, operating system 300 MHz processor, 64 MB memory, QVGA or VGA touch screen display, or PNA with 480x272 display (for now)
Overview: iGO Amigo is a brand new navigation software series which fuses our software development experience with the demands of recent markent trends. iGO Amigo is easy to use, intuitive and simple to learn. The software contains the essential navigation functions and the individual steps ensure a streamlined, intoutive workflow, making it almost impossible to get lost among the settings. The user interface is tidy and organized, and the screens are not cluttered.
     
Download Instructions:
- Download and unrar the content of the package to the root of your SD Card.
- Run the application either directly from File Explorer or create a shortcut in Programs section (i.e. by using Total Commander CE)

FAQ (READ CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING QUESTIONS):
1. The only supported resolutions at this moment are 240x320, 320x240 and 480x272.
2. At this moment it runs only with presence of an SD Card, however it does not mean it has to run form SD Card. This is license limitation.
3. There is a problem with the backlight on some PDA devices. Until this is solved, you should set the backlight in Windows power management console (settings of the device itself).
4. Do not use R1 content like maps, poi's, buildings. Some appear to be working, but better is to use R3 content, the latest work just fine on iGO8 (R3) and iGO Amigo (R4).
5. Original Amigo voice packages (not included) are same as for iGO8 R3. So for voice, use iGO8 R3 voice packages
Download Instructions: Download the file and extract to the iGo8-->content-->voice folder. Restart your GPS and all of the voices should appear.

6. If the software is unable to detect your GPS receiver or your receiver fails to acquire satellite fix, shut down Amigo, go to AMIGO/SAVE folder and edit the system.ini by directly entering your GPS receiver parameters.
7. To enable BUILDINGS and TMC functionality, add this license into your AMIGO/LICENSE folder
8. Now enjoy this fine release by your favorite warez site.
Poi Enabler: Read the readme first, its important (Place the poi_viscar.txt in the save folder from amigo)
Phoneme License File: This will unlock the phoneme files, if it keeps red then the phoneme file is for R1 Serie or very outdated
