no! thats the worry
ok, heres the new problem. i uninstalled version 6.2.3.320, & installed v.6.2.5.333. the new version didnt work. so i uninstalled the new one & tried reverting back to the old one.THAT TOO HAS NOW STOPPED WORKING! the problem im facing is common in both versions. everything works fine but the conversion button doesnt work.PLEASE HELP.i just want any one version to work.ive tried:
1)uninstalling & reinstalling both versions
2)rebooted my com on numerous occasions before installing
3)changed compatibilty settings
4)changed visual settings
5)checked firewall settings
but nothing seems to work.please help!
p.s. im using vista home basic.32-bit os |
