After much searching, I found the install instructions in English:
1. Download last vers.MOBILedit!
2. Delete the previous version of the program.
3. Delete from the register this branch
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{6e7110c0-ac8e-11ce-ad01-70aa0051e4a1}]
4. Install the new version of the program
5. Register the program
P.S. Field Company: we leave empty.
Name: RU-Board
Company: Empty field
Activation key: MRRMU-FHAD9-VUC5V-EY4A0-5M0MA
Apparantly the instructions above are needed only if you have a previous version of the program installed.
I installed and used the serial info and activated it with no problem (I did not have a previous version).
