Delphi Tabs

I am using Delphi 7... Can anyone here give me some tips in dealing with the TabbedNotebook component under Win 3.1... When ever I try to use it it is ok some times for just two tabs but if I go to having 3+ when I try to add things to the current tab it will either go to a different one or not go in any of the tabs and just disappear behind it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for your time.

How? When I try to use that and I put a Caption under one even if I go to a different tab that caption is in the same place.
