Pls help me unpack this program (Yoda's Protector)

I've been trying since yesterday to unpack this program but unfortunetly without success.

| Do you really want to do it manually?. VMUnpacker 1.5 worked perfectly on all yoda protected targets I tried it with, you will have to google for it. Also iirc somebody on the forum recently wrote a script, search the forum. |

Hi,
Thank you for unpacking the software.
But i would like to ask, am i missing something, do i have to do something else, because the software is not working anymore, i get the following error:
